American Standard Brands Partners with The Home Depot Foundation for the Annual Community Building Invitational

American Standard Brands, manufacturer of a wide range of kitchen and bath products, has partnered with The Home Depot Foundation and Habitat for Humanity of San Antonio (HFHSA) for the 2010 Community Building Invitational on May 18 - 20, 2010.

“American Standard is proud to work with The Home Depot Foundation to address the critical needs facing our communities today,” says Don Devine, president and CEO of American Standard Brands.

American Standard is donating plumbing fixtures for 15 Habitat for Humanity homes in San Antonio, TX. The products, which are all WaterSense®-certified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), include the Cadet® 3 Right Height® 1.28 gallons per flush (gpf) toilet, the Cadet Single Control 1.5 gallons per minute (gpm) faucet and the Colony® FloWise® 1.5 gpm showerhead.

American Standard Brands Commits $1 Million to Nature Conservancy

Our client, American Standard Brands,  announced a commitment of $1 million over a two-year period to The Nature Conservancy. The contribution will be used to educate consumers about how they can save water and fund global freshwater conservation programs.  Great cause, and also a highly-rated water charity to support.  We look forward to working with them.

The Nature Conservancy is a leading conservation organization with more than 1 million members. American Standard’s two-year agreement/partnership is in support of the Conservancy’s mission in the area of global freshwater conservation.

Karma Gifting Pairs the Nature Conservancy with American Standard and Invents the Sustainable No-Goody Gift Bag

American Standard provided410 FloWise® Three-Function Showerheads as a favor for guest at the recent Nature Conservancy dinner.  The FloWise showerhead, which saves up to 40% of water usage, fit all the criteria for the event, including the design that reverts to lowest water-saving setting after each use. American Standard donated so that everyone attending can immediately start participating in sustainable design.
